Payment Options

ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT

All commits will require a non-refundable deposit of 10% of their tuition cost to secure the athlete's placement in the program. The deposit goes towards the total tuition payment and will be due 7 days from the date of the application submission.

PAY IN FULL 

Full tuition payment minus the enrollment deposit is due on July 1 for the fall semester and December 1 for the spring semester. Choosing this option will require the full annual tuition in one upfront payment.

PAYMENT PLAN

This plan provides flexibility by splitting tuition into 7 monthly installments, with payments beginning July 1. Payment 1, due by July 1, will equal at least 30% of the athlete's tuition, and is inclusive of the enrollment deposit. Payments (2-6) are split into 6 equal installments and are due the 1st of each month, starting August 1 and ending January 1.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Check, ACH bank transfer and credit or debit cards are the accepted forms of payment. All credit and debit card payments are subject to processing fees of 3.3% + $0.30 per transaction as charged by the payment processing platform. After submission and confirmation of the athlete's application has been received, an invoice link for payment will be communicated to Parent/Guardian 1 establishing and confirming payment amounts and due dates.

Non-Payment of Fees

Program fees collected are used towards team gear, travel expenses, venue use, showcases and other team/program responsibilities. Due to the needs of the team and program, failure to pay agreed upon amounts within the agreed upon terms is grounds for immediate dismissal from the team/program. This agreement is final and non-refundable.

Waiver of Liability

l am not aware of any injury, illness or other health related issues that would restrict or limit my child's ability to play competitive sports.

l agree to assume all risks and expenses due to an injury that may occur as a result of my child's involvement in competitive sports' practices, games and /or travel to and from said activities.

l agree to hold Middle Georgia Prep or anyone acting on its behalf either as a coach, a coaching assistant or administrator harmless in the event of an injury to my child while participating under the supervision of the above.

Use of Image Consent

I give Middle Georgia Prep the right to take photographs of my child in connection with the purpose of their athletic program.

I also grant them permission to use my child’s image or likeness in a photograph, video, or other electronic means, for advertising or promotional purposes such as but not limited to their website and social media accounts.
